I try to allocate specific hours for studying, work, and downtime, allowing me to recharge without feeling guilty about taking a break. Incorporating fun activities, like baking or going for walks in the park, helps me return to my studies feeling refreshed and focused. Remember, it’s all about balance, taking care of your mind and body is just as important as hitting those deadlines! 🤠
